Frequently asked Questions
what does a trek session include?
Sessions are comprised of 3 core components: Exploration of a micro-skill in a unique trade, interaction with a trade practictioner regarding specific principles or craft practices, and exercises facilitated by a coach to contextualize leadership insights for each participant.
Where do TREK sessions take place?
We host TREK sessions in spaces outside of the traditional corporate landscape, including urban farms, martial art dojos and symphony halls. These unique environments foster insights and questions which the conference room often fail to deliver.
How many people participate per session?
TREK sessions are limited to 12-20 participants each. We maintain a small group dynamic to ensure that all participants get to experience the interaction, practice and guided reflection which is required for growth.
Who are the facilitators?
Teams of 2 facilitators partner to guide the session components. A practitioner in a specific field (personal training, theater, military strategy, etc.) provides insights from their scope of practice and a leadership coach assists participants in excavating implications for their work from the content they’ve considered.

Growth Architects is a people and organizational development firm focused on providing coaching, leadership workshops and training initiatives for small and mid-sized businesses.
